It is SO important to do a little research before taking out any sort ofloans. I myself have gotten myself into major debt because I had not educated myself on how to keep my credit going well. The reason why the article states, is that we as young people don't seem to mind getting into debt when there are things we want. This seems to be very true. Another interesting article stated that mortgage approvals were at an all time low this past year. The reason for this is probably because people are so afraid of increasingly high interest rates and not being able to afford them. I personally think that they should run a contest seeing who can win a date with Pumpkin from "Flavor Of Love". I think they would get ALOT of interesting entries for that one! It's gettin close

Well, it figures. This is the first I have gotten out of the house in WEEKS and it decides it is going to rain all freakin day. The Sopranos only has three episodes left. I don't see how it is going to go anywhere in the last three episodes unless it is a mayhem of blood and guts all at once. I, however, do NOT see that as happening. At least Christopher died the last episode. Although I don't think it was maybe necessarrily the best way to kill off his charactor. I hated his charactor but have to admit he was the most complex one on the show.

The Yard

I have to say that I enjoyed living in Hawaii off base, better than I do living HERE ON base. They did the yard work for you back in Hawaii. Out here you get tickets and could possibly be kicked out of housing if your lawn is too messy. We spent two hours outside just now mowing, raking leaves, trimming bushes, sweeping grass, etc. It's alot of work..i'd rather not get kicked out of housing though.

Taebo

I always have to recommend Taebo to anyone that asks me if I have tried it. It is alot of fun. I actually lost a ton of weight doing it back in 1999, but moved away and stopped doing it after awhile. I think my body would love me for it if I tried it again. It is extremely popular and there are some pretty amazing success stories that have come from doing it. I tried the bootcamp series and found using the resistance bands a bit akward, but it was still a great workout. I really enjoy the original series myself.

Water

So I got my son to take a bath finally, and he really really is starting to enjoy it. He used to scream and cry when we would run a bath and scream bloody murder while we tried to wash him in it. Now he gets in, but last time he threw some singing stuffed animals in there. Now they are malfunctioning and creepily will randomly start to sing at different times during the day.

So I know that alot of the before and after shots in the body for life book are pretty unbeleivable. However, they are REAL people. I have such a hard time telling people that the pictures are not photoshopped in anyway to make these people look slimmer and more muscular. It's a losing battle trying to convince people.

I love the Eating For Life book by the way. I highly suggest you pick it up. It gives lots and lots of great recipe ideas that are actually yummy to eat. It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it.

Free Days

I have to get my free days under control. The past few days have been really tough for me. I have over eaten way to much and I don't want to de-rail my progress, you know it? It's tough.
