My friend has an obsession withchandeliers. Well, maybe not an OBSESSION, but she has always talked about how when she gets her first apartment she is putting a chandelier up in her dining room. Well, that time has come. She just singed her lease the other day. She found a website called www.dlegne.com that sells European like Crystal Chandeliers at low prices. Since they ship directly to her if she orders from them, they can give her a great price on one. They are not sold in stores so she is going to order from the website. Cool new website

I have always thought how neat it would be to have a webcam. If I finally break down and buy one, there is a website that I would deffinatly try it out on. That website is Person.com. Person.com is an awesome site where you can connect with people to become friends or start a relationship. Kind of like a personals site. They have the normal personals stuff like people search, chatrooms, vote for who is good looking and who is not, flirting with users, etc. HOWEVER, the BEST part is the webcam features. You can hook up your webcam and make a little video diary or broadcast and either make it public or set it up so that only specific users that YOU select can see it. Chat via webcam. It sounds REALLY awesome. You should check it out!

What a horrible situation. As the students, faculty, familes and the community come together to mourn, I feel horrible for their sadness and only hope that in the wake of this tradgedy, it does not turn into a racial issue. We have so much hatred in our country right now, that is the last thing we need. My heart goes out to all involved and anyone anywhere who has a child because I know they are thinking how dangerous just sending them to school these days feels.

Virginia shooting

My heart goes out to all the parents and relatives of those people who died today during the shootings at the campus. How sick is our world. Totally horrendous. What possesses people? I've never really thought about it before, but I was thinking about places I wouldn't mind living years from now and Vegas came up. I always thought it might be kind of a scary and somewhat tacky area to live in since it IS filled with casinos and what not. However, a friend of mine moved there two years ago and says it's actually a very nice area and there are alot of beautiful homes. There is a new beauty blog calledBelisihanging around the net. I checked it out earlier today. It's actually a really cool blog for women. They give make up and hair tips, style tips, etc. I just read a very interesting entry on there about Celebrities uses of botox. It says that if you have a problem with sweaty armpits, botox can actually temporarily turn off the sweats for an evening out if you get an injection in the underarms. Some people even have injections done into the palms of their hands to turn off the sweat glands so that they do not have sweaty palms when shaking hands with the media. Deffinatly alot of interesting information on this website!

Well, my son sure knows how to ruin Window Blinds. This is the second pair of blinds he has ruined by peaking his head through it and tugging on them so many times.
