Still going strong

So I have been doing the Body For Life workouts for awhile now and I am still going strong. I feel ALOT healthier. I have decided to DITCH the scale and only bring it out once every two weeks. I should not be measuring my progress by what that stupid old scale says. The number on the scale is not everything. I will take progress pictures in a few weeks so we can SEE what progress I have made.


Well, I am off to go eat my breakfast of two eggs and some diced potatos. Mmmmm! More later!

More About Eating Clean

I think it is so important to eat clean most of the time, and then once a week have a nice little splurge. This once a week splurge actually helps our bodies become shocked into weightloss at times. We are being extremely healthy with our bodies six days a week, feeding it the fuel it needs to perform at top levels, working out hard, so that one day a week is a nice treat. A break from the grind if you will :)
