St Augustine Fall Activities

Are you planning on being in St Augustine at the end of October or November? Well there are a number of interesting Events in St. Augustine at that time. During the weekends of October 27th and November 24th, the antique district of the nation's oldest city becomes a hustle and bustle of lively music, spanish treasures, fabulous antiques and hard to find books. If you take a short stroll down to the oldest street in America,Aviles Street, you will find a Ripley's Museum, antique book shops, galleries, and attend book singings. Enjoy the food and the live music while your there.

The most beloved event that takes place during the 27th and the 24th is called the Uptown Saturday Night. During this time from 9-5pm, you can park for FREE at The Mission of Nombre de Dios. Stroll along the street and take in the different shops that are participating in this event. Those that are often times have an open house which features wine and fine refreshments. For a night of wine, culture and refreshments, your going to want to attend Uptown Saturday Night. If your an antique collector, artist, art lover, wine taster, live music lover, you will LOVE St Augustine. There is something for everyone. There are even train tours! I myself would love to check out the old and rare book shops. There is something special about an old,old hardback book. Enjoy!
